wir haben eine neue Serviceanfrage für 12 Rollout Stellen im Projekt ACN ZF. Hierfür sind wir auf der Suche nach Technikern (3-4 pro Site), die diese Stelle an Standorten Alfrodf, Laage, Aschau am Inn, Ascahffenburg besetzen könnten.





Estimated Start of Service: 08.03.2024

Estimated Duration: long-term (3-7 months)

Side list / Location: Alfdorf, Laage, Aschau am Inn, Aschaffenburg



Service level: 12 x FTE Roll Out engineers as per below explanation:



Alfdorf: 3
Laage: 3
Aschau am Inn: 3-4
Aschaffenburg: 3


One technician in each site as more experienced in order to lead the team.



Scope of work:

• Devices transportation from the onsite Client secure warehouse location to the deployment area

• Device preparation in deployment area (including unboxing, preparing for user collection in line with the deployment lists/schedules)

• Device imaging and staging

• Device deployment

• Deployment day user set-up including basic support to confirm user can access internet, email, Microsoft Teams and other core business apps

• Collecting legacy equipment

• Removing legacy equipment at the Client’s sites including any associated items

• Moving legacy equipment from deployment area to the onsite Client’s warehouse location where required

• Deployment issue tracking and handover to Accenture deployment team



Required skills:



As a minimum, each Supplier engineer (“Workplace Engineer”) shall have the following minimum skill level (i.e. the “Minimum Skill Level”):

Working technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders, for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals and site security equipment
Working technical knowledge of standard systems and business software
Local language and basic English communication skills
Customer facing soft skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge
Works on problems/projects of moderately medium-complex scope
Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures
Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
Typically 2-3 years of experience
Ability to provide disposal services
Able to independently problem solve
Able to provide feedback on new technical processes to help drive efficiency
Backfills are needed


Reporting: Reporting shall be conducted via prepared attendance report.



Language(s): Native local language, Basic English language skills



Background Checks: All resources assigned to the project must complete standard background checks.
