wir haben eine neue Serviceanfrage für eine (1) L2 Stelle im Projekt Infosys Syntegon. Hierfür sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Techniker (1 FTE), der diese Stelle am Standort Crailsheim besetzen könnte.

Estimated Duration: long-term (6 months with possible extension)

We are in need of 1 technician for 1 site in Germany, for the project Infosys Syntegon who will be full FTE for 5 days per week and 8 hours per day. The site of the project is the following:

Job tasks  

- IT /Application support for our electrical and software engineering users.

- Installation and configuration of our EWS (Engineering Workstations)

- Support for the distribution and configuration of applications (e.g. development environments like Rockwell Studio, Siemens TIA, Copadata Zenon)

- Provision and distribution of updates and patches to ensure secure operation

- Creating documentation (e.g. installation guides)

- Continuing to maintain the internal knowledge base to ensure that future assistance can be provided quickly and efficiently

- Assist in the selection of new IT hardware for SW developers

- Creation and maintenance of VM images

- Remote support for service technicians traveling worldwide

- Support and consulting

- Supporting the other 2 FTEs with Incident and Service Request Management (troubleshooting, staging of devices, hand overs to users, stock managment, etc.)

Other additional requirements (like example)​

Required Skills:

- Advanced Windows knowledge (server & client systems)

- Experience with virtual machines and virtualization (VMWare Workstation & VirtualBox)

- Terms like "PLC", "HMI", "MMC" should be known

- High degree of initiative and ability to work in a team

- The interest to get familiar with new topics

- Fluent German and English in speaking and writing (ticket reporting)

- PowerShell and CMD knowledge are an advantage

Service Window: 08:00 – 17:00 (with one hour of break)
